Every order is handmade-ready with care! Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During sales or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer - but we'll always keep you updated.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order anytime from your account dashboard. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after dispatch.

Return Policy

We want you to love your 3D pen! If something's not right, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

  • Contact us at our support email or contact page with your order number and reason for return.

  • Get approval - our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address/instructions.

  • Ship it back in its original packaging within 7 days of approval.

  • Refund issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Can I exchange my item for a different color?

Yes! As long as the item is unused and within the 14-day window, we're happy to arrange an exchange for color or size, subject to availability.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please email us photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping needed.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the regions shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed, reach out and we'll let you know if it's available soon.

How long do refunds take to appear?

Once processed, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
